Shari is interested in working with your body to bring it into harmony.  She has studied and become licensed in over 25 different modalities in order to best work with your individual healthcare needs.  She specializes in massage, nutrition, Bio Scan, essential oils, Reflexology and Auricular therapy to name a few. 

Shari is a 2001 graduate from the Myotherapy College for Theraputic Massage.  Come in for a half hour, hour, or hour and a half and experience stress relief and relaxation.  

Shari became interested in becoming a Bio Energetic Medicine after experiencing the benefits herself and wanting to be able to help her family.  

Bio Scan is a revolutionary technique in which a computer uses sonar to scan your body for imbalances.  Watch on the monitor as the search begins with your brain and travels down your body identifying points and areas of imbalance.   Points show up as either green, yellow, orange, brown or black.  Green points are optimal and black points need addressed immediately.

Reflexology is a combination of massage and acupuncture involving your feet and hands.  Specific points correlate to areas of your body that may need addressed. These points are stimulated and massaged to bring about balance and harmony throughout your body.  

Auricular therapy uses the ear as a basis for addressing the whole body.  With the idea that the outer ear can represent the body, specific points can be used and stimulated to help with physical, mental or emotional health.
